Julie will provide the answers to these questions and more! Julie is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a master’s degree in Exercise Science. She is also a certified Intuitive Eating counselor and holds a specialized certification in sports dietetics. Julie has a private practice and teaches nutrition classes at Weber State University. Julie competes in sprint triathlons because she can’t run long distance anymore. Her friends occasionally talk her into long bike rides but she prefers exercising for less than 2 hours. So many other things to do!
