This ride has 4 courses to choose from so there is a ride for women of all abilities! You can choose to ride our easier Sunflower (20 miles) or Sego Lilly (35 miles) courses or challenge yourself with climbing on the hills in our Blazing Star (50 miles) or Mountain Bluebell (75 miles) courses. Whatever course you choose, pedal a little farther or climb a little higher with the help of girl power!
At just under 20 miles, this route is mostly flat with only a few rolling hills so it is perfect for novice riders, mothers & daughters, or women on mountain bikes. You will begin at 11:00 from Kent Smith Park and have 1 feed zone (mile 10).
This loop is 35 miles and is a great ride for beginner or intermediate riders who want to challenge themselves with a longer ride. It is mostly flat with with a few rolling hills. You will begin at 10 am from Kent Smith Park and have 2 feed zones (miles 14 & 27).
Your ride will begin at 8 am from Kent Smith Park and is just over 50 miles. This is a beautiful ride for intermediate or advanced road biker’s looking for a challenge. This ride has a few rolling hills along the way as well a climb up to East Canyon Dam (total climbing is 1300 feet). Enjoy a fun descent on the way home. There are 3 feed zones (miles 14, 29, & 40).
Your ride will begin at 7 am from Kent Smith Park and is just over 75 miles. It is for advanced riders and it has 2 big climbs (total climbing is 3000 feet). The first climb is to East Canyon Dam and the second is the Wildflower Hill Climb which begins just past East Canyon Resort to the top of Big Mountain where Morgan County meets Salt Lake County. The Wildflower Hill Climb is 5.5 miles and averages 5-6%. We will be timing the Wildflower Hill Climb and the top 3 fastest women will win bike jerseys! Once at the top enjoy a breath-taking view and then a fun descent. This course has 5 feed zones (miles 14, 29, 42, 54,&68).
